Some surfer uploaed a pic belonging to MikeAI to my personal site running one of those Hot Or Not scripts.. So Mike asked me to take it down.. Which I did. He just got pissed when I asked him if he had proof the image was his.. Never got that..he just sued..which is fine I mean if a judge says I have to pay because of that no problem..
My personal site is a free site, blog, non adult, the image was non nude and I had no reason to belive he owend it or it was even copyrighted at all. It looked like a cheap digital cam still. Leson learned is stay the fuck away from user submitted ranking sites...
So it's a pretty lame suit but hey I have no hard feelings to MikeAI he's just trying to protect his content. I would too. I just don't see a very large victory for him in this one.
