    video content creation...I'm confused

    Well I have been doing mainstream work for a while, and recently got a gig to create some Corn videos for an April Fools prank online on a certain site ;)

    I also make a bit of extra income here and there with webcam model refferals...but thought maybe it was time to try something new.

    I cam here to look at the rates of video content, as well as how they are selling on other sites and all that jazz... and couldn't believe how low they are selling. I understand that if you are buying that is a good thing... but 6-10$ for a video... seems cheap for the sales probability.

    For lets say a Solo video - which is what I probably would have the most ease to shoot thanks to model reff... it would take 50 sales @6$ - to make back 300$ for shooting that one video [and Im not even making a buck yet, if I paid the talent 300$]

    So I am definitely missing a piece of the puzzle here. Can anyone help me figure this out?

      It is simple... Add the costs of the models, crew ( you will need some unless you plan to shoot some shitty gonzo), location, some post work and some paperwork + an overhead... And there you have it....your cost. Then add some profit for you to live on and you have a budget.

      Lets say you are clever, have some experience in doing all of the above, are good in planning and scheduling... So with 2 models ( female, since I am partial to lesbian) you can shoot pretty good content for as little as $1,000 per day. Planned well that will give you up to 4 h of useable material.

      Then you have to decide if you sell it 100x over for 10 dollars a piece ( non exlusive)

      Or

      Make a deal with somebody like me ( and they are others) who will buy it exclusively if it is any good.

      Failing that shoot more corn...

          I would use Corn Hub in my portfolio and make more money creating themes/templates for others. That corn looked pretty sexy.

                          the content you've seen sold cheap's usually resold & older footage. New content's usually higher, maybe $40 all the way up to & above $500 a scene. Exclusive footage's higher still, sometimes $200 to $1000.

                          We've lots of content available, most of mine's unseen & exclusive. I've resold a lot of my gloryhole content to homegrownvideo & I've also sold some of my solo public flashing & outdoor nudity scenes, other than this I've loads of full HD solo & toys, gangbang & cumshot material, & it's exclusive atm. We can do a deal
