About to have a fruit smoothie for breakfast, then doing a fast until tomorrow, I'm vegetarian, only drink water and tea, no alcohol. I'm far from perfect though, but I do like to avoid the obvious killers, like McD fries

McD food is yummy, but after eating it occasionally, I can say that I am not touching that ever again. It happened to me a couple of times that I wake up in the middle of the night and feel like I've been eating plastic.
