				 | PayPal is not always instant. I don't know what the parameters are, but I have "received" many payments several hours after they were initially sent. It was quite bad a year or so ago.

				 | Always been, and still is, instant for me unless the other person was paying through a check or something like that. Even the transfers to my bank account are usually done within 12-24 hours even though their site says 3-5 business days. |

				 | To clarify, USA<->USA works fast, nearly instant. But in between countries and currencies it takes time. Was 3 hours once USA->Poland, and 40 minutes Poland->Germany. I might agree on Aaron's input, tho I never paid via e-check myself, probably that was the case when I had a client sending me $.

				 | Not related to payment speed, but I've just noticed that to download a transaction list covering only 3 months (all dates in 2016) my request now has to be "queued" for later emailing, and I "may experience wait times of up to 24 hours." The stupid thing is that I can see these transactions just fine when logged in, so it's not like they have to query a special historical database, or load data from archives. To create the PDF with the data they've already loaded would probably take less than a second. I guess I'll have to go old school and screen cap it. |
