    Fuck you losers

    I haven't been around much... but I have been lurking sometimes...

    this post is especially for the negative people.. my advice... you don't get it... look for a normal job and don't waste more of your time here... you failed! Be a man and go to welfare forum... that aside you are also wasting precious internet space that I could use to make money... there is a reason I have 7 million competitors when I check my top keywords.. at least 6 million is your kind.. don't do that anymore please...

    when I lurk, I notice most of the posts are about losers complaining about not making money...

    few days ago I saw a post of an oldschool guy promising he will make 10K a month again... Even in that post there are so many haters... pathetic... btw.. I hope he makes his goals asap, and he probably will with his attitude...

    Reason that I am not around that much anymore is because I am busy investing my affiliate cam monies into real estate... let's say expanding a little... this cam affiliate thing has brought me more that I could wish for... I started in 2007 as a supernoob and even now I can hardly do any html.... and in the mean time... still living as a rockstar...and still getting paid more than enough with almost no - to very little work...

    And if you say SEO is dead? I quote Tupac now "Fuck you too"

      Nice to see things are going well for you. There are indeed some positive story to tell, I'm sure of it. But is this more business oriented story or private stuff you want to hear? And yes, complaining won't get anyone far, but at least they may get some help. (And tons of freaking comments with no value, of course.)

                                                                                                                          even if I won't kill myself driving it, it is one of my worst ideas this year... but it is kinda fun also... drunk driving to hooker town will only take me 3.7 minutes from now on....

                                                                                                                          It's a 10 year old car so not that expensive, but still for us a really cool thing to do since it is just an extra fun bonus treat thing idea which we realized... so to update the thread.... thank you cams...

If you can be in 65% (or end up 70% on flips) of a property's value you are ensured that if you end up in a recession, or crisis (probably interest rates (purchase money)) you won't get hurt too badly.

I understand it though because there is a lot of bullshit on this forum, but it also makes it hard for people who post honest stats like you did.

                                                                                                                                                                                              If you could give everyone just one, good tip when pushing cams, something that most people seem to be missing here on gfy, what would it be?

                                                                                                                                                                                                  this might sound simple but when I see some average ratios this must be a good tip for some... only push cams with cam traffic... if you don't have cam traffic you're probably better off pushing dating, you can't do both btw...that's a double loss IMO... never buy traffic for cams, if you can't convert your own traffic you certainly can't convert paid traffic... Cams is hard to penetrate, but once you are in....you have found an oasis, so if you insist on cams, figure out how and where to get your free and legal cam traffic... Think longtime...it will take 2 years before you make nice monies if you are lucky...because luck is also a factor here... I recommend rev share... go niche or probably 2016 better sub or even sub sub niche, really really specialize in it, offer what is really searched for and own it...
