Just spoke to Amerinoc and they confirmed that all servers are up except few and they will be online in 10 - 15 minutes... 100% NO DATA LOST OF ANY ONE. LEVEL 3 issue... soon official announcement from Amerinoc will be online on website!

They are requesting all webmaster to check their site...

I just had 20 hours downtime!!! Every host has issues, I get that, but it's how you handle it that matters in the end. As a customer for 15 years, as someone who has recommended and defended them, their lack of communication pisses me the fuck off

YOU just had?? Shut the fuck up! A lot more people than just YOU had 20 hours of downtime.. I've been with them for 13 of my 15 yrs in this biz. Lack of communication? No one from ccbill or a lot of places post at gfy anymore cause of all the trolls it's not worth their time.. Would you like them to call you personally and the 1,000's of others hosting with them last night??

I'm still pissed that they were down so long but I just hope it was a one time thing and yes it would be nice to get a discount on this months bill but I'm not holding my breathe on that.

I get why people are pissed, I am not over the moon at having down time but honestly my experiences with Amerinoc/Phatservers has been really good over the last 10+ years.

Support guys have always been superb - Mike / Chris / Zach are always great even when i'm tearing my hair out trying to fix a problem - always professional guys.

From what I understand, this problem was out of their control yet will have a negative impact on them unfortunately.

Problem is indeed out of their control. Level 3 communication system went down.... Not just Amerinoc many orher companies like Outlook, Yahoo Mail were down as well

Just before this shit happened another cyber crimes host network was taken out in Netherlands. Related?

Support staff at Amerinoc go above and beyond the call of duty for us 24/7. Best team we've experienced. I wish they would post more news but like many companies they no longer post in forums.
