There were always fees to produce porn or any movie in LA, most porn producers didn't pay it. Porn was being shot when it was illegal, what's going to change?

I had no idea there was a "fee" to produce porn in LA. If was a pornographer in LA I would just shoot outside of LA.

There was a fee to shoot anything commercial in LA 30 years ago.
