Hello there. We are a bunch of friends who have created our first adult/p!rn site. And our site is covering a specific category (medium-broad we guess).

AND YES, we have searched the internet for a long time, and we can´t find the answers to our questions. We would like to hear it from webmasters like you, who have been in the business for a long time and have succeded.

We have absolutely no experience in making adult sites, and therefore we have some general questions we hope you can help us with:

1. We have created a tube site where we embed videos from big sites. So we were thinking if that is the right way to do?

2. We have no automatically method to post videos. Therefore we do it on our own, manually. Is that the right way to do?

3. Do you have some good sites which we can embed videos from? Some which doesent do alot of promotion for their own site?

4. How do we get traffic. I know this is a broad question. But we have seen methods like re-uploading already excisting content and add your site´s name in the headline.
However we have also thought about SEO and linkbuilding. But we dont know how to get quality backlinks...

5. What is the best way to monetize our site? We were thinking of brazzers and naughty america affiliate programs. But are we wrong? Shall we use CPC campaigns, and if so, which shall we use?

6. Our main keyword has 201.000 searches every month. And PornHub are number 1 when searching for it. Do you think it is possible to get number 1 at that keyword? Or shall we use other methods for getting traffic? Shouldn´t we focus on organic traffic?

7. What do we have to do, so our site aren´t against the law. Do we have to create a +18 popup, or a disclaimer, or anything else?

You can embed videos from the major tubes, but there is a lot work to be done if you want to make some money out of it. You have to change the titles, add some unique description so it can rank on the search engines, but you also need some backlinks, which you can buy on here but I advise strongly against buying any low quality backlinks in bulk. Only buy links one by one and from sites that have a relatively high domain authority (DA), page authority (PA) and moz rank.

This is where a lot have gone. For newbies, it's a better paying job.

Seriously, there are a lot of very good experienced players who are finding it tough. The odds on you breaking even are bad, it will probably cost you money rather than make you money.
