In the 13 years we've been running this site we've always had an age verification page in one form or another and have never seen a statistically significant abandonment rate for any of our age verifications pages.
This page simply asks the user to enter a birth date and a name. I really don't see where that's going to deter anyone from entering that info and continuing on to the site.
That being said, since it seems to be a concern for affiliates and our affiliate traffic is coming from a source that has already been exposed to explicit content I feel comfortable changing the default affiliate links to land on the home page of the Free Guest Area
Our default landing page for affiliate links will now be the home page of the Free Guest Area instead of the age verification page. You can verify by clicking this affiliate link or one of your own if you like: NaughtyAllie

we signed up to this program a few years back but direct into ccbill the webmaster could not understand how we did that and insisted we sign up his way when we did not reply to his "how did we do that" emails he went out of his way to cancel our affiliate account with them*SIG SPOT SEND MESSAGE IF INTERESTED*Comment

I do not remember your particular situation but I have a feeling there's more to this story however since I don't know who you are I'm not able to do any research on this.
