What do you guys think?

This has been bothering me for a while now and I wanted to know what you guys think about it.

A while back I sent some traffic to test conversions with a sponsor (that shall remain nameless) using a new site of theirs.

Anyway, I sent a little traffic (around 300 uniques) and got 0 signups.

The problem here is that I signed up with MY OWN credit card to make sure everything was linked up correctly, and that I was getting credit.

Ok so 0 sales even after I sign up... I'm thinking I linked wrong but I know I didn't because I was seeing the hits come in on their counter to my affiliate ID.

So in the morning I contact a sales rep and ask whats up, they tell me to hold on and while I'm waiting I refresh the stats page and there are 2 signups.

The excuse I'm given is that signups were delayed because of processing and that signups aren't always immediately shown the minute someone signs up... the funny part is... why did they show up the minute I complained.

They use a 3rd party biller but they have their own frontend for stats.

What do you guys think?

i dont think they would credit you the minute after you talked to them about the matter, that would implicate them
