The best news ticker?
I don't have cable and the local war coverage is starting to slack off. I'm looking for a news ticker or tickers, preferably something that I can just anchor at the top or bottom of my desktop. I already know of several, but if you can recommend a good one, please do.
Also, international news is a plus. I like to get information from more than one source when possible. I'd really love to get a foreign news stream right to my desktop (preferably in English). I'd go sift through Yahoo and Google myself but I have to get off the PC for a while. Just post suggestions here. Also, please, no nutty conspiracy theory websites. I just want a couple of newsgrabber programs to keep myself up to date on war events. Thanks, SpaceAce |

try drudgereport.com and google news. Between the two of them your gonna be pretty good shape. not a ticker. ap.org has a ticket but I rather read the headlines.
