I havent had to shop for a host in a long ass time, so im kinda new to this, atleast i know what i need/expect though.

Reputation is very important to me. I dont want to get tied into a host that will be dead in 3 months.

do they offer virtual? Or just dedicated?

Id like to stay in the range below $24.99 if possible, i think with everything i need from it, that kinda limits me to virtual (which is fine)

Host needs to suport either Epassporte, CC, or Debit
