If you met a child who's head was facing backwards

but his hands and feet were facing forwards normally what would you say?
So he would greet you with face and ass but couldn't shake hands without turing around but then he wouldn't be able to see you.

It seems there are really people with this disability, it's a called Poadollabrken Order.

    I'd say "hello"

I was born with both my feet rotated 90 degrees opposite each other

here in town we have this guy who runs around in an electric wheel chair... I run into him all the time and always say hello, but frankly I have no idea what to say to him other than "hello".

Common civility dictates that at a minimum an acknowledgment with the salutation of "Hello" is all that is required.

However, the next most common trivial conversation is a comment about the weather.

"Nice weather we are having." or "They say it will rain tomorrow."

Just do as Donald Trump would do and treat everyone as equal.
