Ray, I dealt with Zonder. His English seems to be very bad and his behavior seems to be offendive from what you have posted here (though he's saying that first he was trying to explain normally with you, you just passed on this part), but he does BUY content from me on a regular basis that means he doesn't tend to steal (I think so because the content is a first what chieves stole, not a design) and he really runs a free hosting, I'm sure in that, I bought some traffic from him. And I must stress that he warned me of the quality of his traffic, gave me a free test portion first, the traffic I paid for was real and good for that price, and overall, he always behaved like a decent business person.

So I think the matter was most likely that - that gallery you was not his and he was not aware it's stolen. Being a freehost it's impossible to track on all the galleries. He just kills accounts when he got a complain that some gallery is stolen. That's how it works. You had to ask him politelly to kill the gallery, not charging him those 1500, that's it. And no one gallery design costs $1500, I think. I can order at least 5 designs for that price.


However I'm sad about other russian behaviour here...

Loopsex is/was NOT one of his claimed free host clients. It so happends that after this post the "who is" info has CHANGED. Why do you think that is?

This is not an evidence. First, Zonder is obviously not good in English. I'm not sure he understood you or he expressed correctly what he wanted. Second - Zonder owns 250+ domains. He buys and sells them also or changes them with other people. Who gives a fuck for whois info? Many people write complete shit there. And it might be obsolete. Also, you claim that it's changed. Imagine that Zonder notified a person whoose gallery was about your conflict and that person changed the info.

Sometraffic is a freehost 4 tgp redirect that offers webmasters webspace, ip's, domains for free... That's exactly what zonder tried to explain you. It means that he's the owner of a freehost and the content was stolen from you by webmaster (who said he was russian?) that uses his service. So I don't think you will get any results dealing official.

I don't think it was nearly about my humble person. Today my IP is OK, but yesterday was not a first time when my original IP was banned. I guess Lensman (or may be this site's software) periodically bans some IPs from Russia and satelite countries. Considering many past attacts against this board from Russians, I'm not surprised. But I still think that's annoying.
