This is not an evidence. First, Zonder is obviously not good in English. I'm not sure he understood you or he expressed correctly what he wanted. Second - Zonder owns 250+ domains. He buys and sells them also or changes them with other people. Who gives a fuck for whois info? Many people write complete shit there. And it might be obsolete. Also, you claim that it's changed. Imagine that Zonder notified a person whoose gallery was about your conflict and that person changed the info.

These are pure assumptions, but you do not have sole ground also...

It means that he's the owner of a freehost and the content was stolen from you by webmaster (who said he was russian?) that uses his service. I don't think it was nearly about my humble person. Today my IP is OK, but yesterday was not a first time when my original IP was banned. I guess Lensman (or may be this site's software) periodically bans some IPs from Russia and satelite countries. Considering many past attacts against this board from Russians, I'm not surprised. But I still think that's annoying.
