Okay, let me explain. I am the man who developed this site but never got paid for it. The man who ordered this site was from Panama. But he is not the owner, he is an intermediary. The site was developed for his client. But in a month or something since development was finished, he told me that his client had to shut down his business - he closed this dating site, as well as about 100 of his other sites.

Some technical details about the site. It runs on third party software (something popular). The database contains about 1,000,000 profiles with pictures. There's a mistake in the thread: it requires 1TB+ space, not 1GB+. I have it on my HDD as a set of tar.gz archives, about 500Gb in total.

So the plan is to make a unique design and logo for this site and run it on a new domain. Nobody gets sued, ever. I am not yet sure about the price.
