The Attorney representing the former "DC Madam: has filed an appeal to the US Supreme Court asking to remove a restraining order so that he can release phone records regarding a Presidential candidate, and while he can't say which one, the fact that he is still pursuing indicates that it is most likely one of the 5 left - and I doubt it is Hillary. Of the four remaining, I see Cruz as the likeliest bet.
