If IBill is as bad as everybody says it is, why not save yourself a headache or two and go with CCBill or Netbilling? I know that both have an excellent support department and offer a great service.

This is getting very depressing for me. Everyday brings more bad news, like yeterday with the online check processing for Canadians given the heave-ho, not being able to deposit their checks in Canadian banks...I just went through all the hassle of integrating iBill shopping cart for every one of my sets last week and it took a lot of time and now I will have to start all over.

hershie, save yourself from any more hassle and do away w/ iBill altogether... it has been one thing after another w/ them. i can point out though, that ccBill has yet to pull any of this shit w/ us webmasters yet, never late payments nor bounced checks..

Validus...

iBill isn't my main processor, but i am still getting rebills with them ever since last year when they jacked all the webmasters who DIDN'T want to pay them the $750, and they took it anyway. So i said fuck it, might as well keep getting that money that was coming in thru iBill. All I wanna know right now is did anybody get their ACH from iBill today...

Validus,

Thanks for the kind words. We certainly try harder to take care of our merchants!

I don't know about the rest of these guys but ibill has paid on time for me for 3 years now, with minor dellays, and when dellays occur they always contact me about them. So ibill gets a B+ from me

I am not directly involved with billing companies, with this I mean that I am not a webmaster who uses either systems. Through-out the last 3 years I don?t think I have heard one positive thing about IBill, which is sad since I know a few people over there who are dedicated and hard working. I am sure you webmasters have many other worries, so why would you not simple change billing companies? This was meant to be a question not a comment, what are the reasons?

Resolute: I wonder why others have problems with it? Could it depend on the physical location, or maybe payment priority for older clients?
