I disagree (sort of). While yes you would see ceilings etc you can dress a set any which way you want. It would cost more perhaps and you would have to be more creative but make the ceilings look like sky, or a fantasy set, or something MORE than just two people fucking on a couch.

I don't care HOW 'realistic' VR porn may get or be - if it's just two people on one of those bright green or red couches everyone in Czech Republic fucks on it will be boring as 2D.

Obviously each brand out there will be able to enhance their own product with the VR experience. We are starting production this month and will be using VR to enhance a 2d product that people love. :thumbsup

I do not care what Czechs fuck on, but we have over 40 standing sets. Most have 3 walls and no ceiling... Some small sets ( jail cells, attic rooms etc... ) have 4 walls and some even ceiling,but in that case the set is split in two, so that the crew and the gear can get in.....( imagine a square split into two equal trialngles and the triangles are then pulled appart by about 3 meters to make an opening running thru).

To try to dress it with "fantasy ceilings" etc... Would be pretty silly... Lets take a big medieval dungeon with a nice blue starry sky above... Quite ridiculous... NO, VR is NOT for me until I will have the time and the $$$ to rebuild 360x360 sets....right now its going on the "never never" plan...No surprise that my geeks have not asked for the 60 K VR camera.:1orglaugh not yet anyway:

As I suspected way above here, this is for gonzo style porn shot in the woods or in somebody's apartment where a "luxury" like lights, microphone and God forbid any crew is permitted. This will fizzle out as the 3D did 5 years ago.The sad part is that most of porn producers did not learn this lesson and feed the customers gimicks instead of a good content.Trust me the customer is not so stupid or forgiving.
