I'm not so pessimistic)) I worked in the biz since 2004 and have seen trends come and go. I heard "Adult biz is dead" back in... like 2009-2010 (I might be mistaken)
I do agree that it was way easier to make money back in 2005-2006
I haven't been paying attention for a while but I guess it's still thriving if you know what you do and do it well
