                                                          What could he say really? Evil is correct. Losers is his opinion. The terrorist won -- he terrorized the civilian population of his enemy.

                                                          Killing innocent civilians intentionally and then claiming victory is a war crime. So I would say that the terrorist is an evil war criminal -- there is no justification in this case. Calling them 'losers' is simple minded.
