Anyone have problems with moneytree's...
...addressing of envelopes? A year ago my first check had the city and state swapped, and the country as "Austrailia" (it's Australia), even though I had entered the correct details on the web interface. That had to be manually corrected.
Recently I changed my mailing address via the web interface, this time everything changed correctly *except* for the first line. It's addressed to a mix of my old and new address! Both times I confirmed that I had entered the correct details on the web interface, but what is printed on the envelope always differs. It's lucky that the post office recognised my name and forwarded it to the correct address, otherwise I would have stopped receiving checks a month ago. ![]() Anyone else had this issue? I guess they must manually transfer the address details from one system to another, which is where the errors creep in... |
