				 | Use KVS Player - WordPress Plugins - it automatically switches to Flash if it's installed, otherwise it uses HTML5 to play videos.

				 | It's worth it to re-encode into MP4s. That way they will play on mobile and, believe me, you want mobile. Get a program to do it in batch - not really that bad. You can keep the same filenames just now they will be .mp4.
