After watching this video I learned that force was definitely necessary to take care of this situation... however, He was still executed. His only foul demeanor was his language. Albeit, concerning language... but not anything aggressive or warranting of lethal force.

Those officers and agents were very gung ho on subduing the whole situation with unnecessarily excessive force.

In the end they shot a messenger. He was their spokeman... Their public speaker... And he was surrendering with arms as high as he could reach.

No one should ever put themselves in the "resisting arrest" category when dealing with any type of law enforcement. Just plain stupid, if you don't get shot you just rack up more charges.

And being right/wrong never helps if you're dead.

Those people are dumb as a box of rocks. If those same people watched a video of black people doing the same thing they would say the shooting was justified. The cops cleary said "get on the ground" and he did not comply. He is no hero and the cops did not assassinate him. In my mind they had every right to begin lighting that low IQ "cowboy" up the moment he almost rammed the road block. If anything those cops showed quite a bit of restraint.

Yeah, whats the big deal? Besides the initial incident and fleeing, he only tried to ram a police road block and hit an FBI agent with his car.... and then got out, reaching several times for a loaded 9mm in his pocket.

Now lets go get those free TV's and burn a city down!!!

Of course he was shot. Thats what happens when you flee police, try to ram a police roadblock, hit a federal agent, then exit the car and start reaching for a loaded 9mm pistol. I mean, yeah. Where did he try to ram a roadblock and hit a federal agent?

Looks like he tried to avoid the roadblock as it was on a bend (blind corner) and the agent ran the wrong way when he was trying to get out of the way.

Another avoidable death by police IMO. Life is precious, never ever should police be justified in executing someone.

Look, I wouldn't have ever put myself in this situation. I don't agree with anyone in this scenario...

However... he absolutely did not try ramming a road block... that's why he's on if the snow bank.

The only thing that I can agree with is that everyone involved is hot headed and quick to act. It all could have played out much differently on all sides.

Thanks for your first hand account and honest assessment of the facts. Be sure to let the federal and state governments know how and where to put roadblocks. Your expertise and valuable input will surely be appreciated.

You can see him hit the fbi agent in the video. After everything, the guy got out and was grabbing a loaded gun. Your explanation must be "the guy got out and they executed him him on police video, for no reason as he presented no direct threat at all". That makes much more sense.
