Marctarius K. Grace, 18, of Atcheson Street, is charged with murder in the death of De?Ontae M. Fisher. An affidavit filed in Franklin County Municipal Court on Saturday said that the boy was in the back seat of his parents? car at the Express Market, 900 E. 5th Ave., when he was shot in the head.
De?Ontae?s 5-year-old brother and 4-year-old sister also were shot but are all right, Columbus police said. Authorities did not identify them, but birth records show that they are Da?Kolta and Sa?Niah Fisher, respectively.
