Regarding your first point I think what made the Ari Gold therapy sessions so fascinating was the fact that he was only there because his wife forced him to go. He was trapped. I sympathized.

i wanna change something. years & years are passing & i do not do it. ruining my life. im too comfortable. lazy. i need an external force to force me, like a boot camp. today i dont know where this force will come from. obviously it must come from within if it does not come from without. i am a great writer, planner, thinker. terrible do-er. this must change. i will be so amazing if i can cross the bridge to working hard. i have a great website & nobody knows, cause i dont make it better. my best content is unpublished & ive gotten so lazy i wont even post it. its 1 year to the day, my last update. its crazy.
