My card expires this month and when I messaged asking when I'll get my new one I was told that Paxum is no longer issuing mastercards to US citizens. WTF? Seriously?
I was NEVER told this so I guess it's a little odd that I'm just finding this out now.

What is the plan going forward?

Trying to open a business account over the last few days.
A total nightmare.

Plus having paxum34 / paxum26 or whatever number of the day answering and never giving a name is not reassuring.
They messed up one detail still waiting for an apology

Down the line they are forgetting they make money with us, and we have choices.

I have never encountered a website/service that continually removes features... I was lured into signing up for Paxum because I read all over their site that you can withdraw via a cheque (I have no use for their card).

After actually receiving some funds I go to withdraw, and it turns out that feature was removed.

They also removed the ability to withdraw to a personal card. Seems pretty ridiculous that there is an economy that thrives on just converting Paxum "money" into Paypal money.

I initiated a Wire Transfer withdraw last week and now they're telling me something was wrong and that's after I've added intermediary bank after they had the same issue 3 weeks ago with another Wire withdraw of mine. And they did not return the 50 bucks for the transfer ..

Any other having problems with Wire withdraw?

You can't transfer anything to your card. They don't offer cards for American companies.

It's the same in Europe too though, they don't issue any cards with the company name on it. All their cards are personal.

Yeah got funds went to transfer to the paxim card which I did last month with no issues. Now no option to transfer and I have a biz account. Only way is to transfer to bank. I'm in the US and this sucks. I get personal accounts but I can see adult sites and affiliate programs looking for a better way to go. PayPal seems the logical way and their stance towards adult has been better lately. Ughh

Things look too bad. Probably this is not new information for Paxum. Interestingly, the cards stopped working on 1st of March. I suppose Choice Bank informed them months ago about terminating the service.
