It's a German network with highest payout rate on net :-) expect I did promoted them over 3 years on ppl and discovered late that my leads are spending 3digits amounts ... which is unpleasant surprise

With FPC traffic on cam site i have good revshare income.
With own traffic from blog i only have good income on PPL.
So it depends ... You should run for a while Revshare and than compare it t o PPL.
Noone can tell you what to do , test test test test :)
