Prey on the weak kids from da hood with no money, family and make them feel important/wanted but in the end they just rack up felony charges and hand profits to the higher ranking gang members. By the time they become higher ranking won't matter as their criminal records will be fucked or they'll catch a bullet. Do you see crips and bloods walking downtown Chicago (or going to a ball game etc) flying full colors? Or do they fly "black or white" as Mr. Donkster whenever they have some non gang related dealings outside of their hoods?
