Nothing 'rock solid' about a company that cant even fucking answer support emails (11 of them from one person no less). If they wanna be 'rock solid', they need to fix whatever the fuck causes cancellations to still get billed, and learn to answer emails - especially when they are the ones requesting them! |

Paycom is the best processor out there. I've been doing business with them since 96-97 and have gotten nothing but world class, personal service. Even had the VP give me a personal tour around their offices to see how things are run.
