I'm pretty sure that the count is correct, since it's a popular song all over the world. In the music industry, content is not king...Success stories of porn webmasters - one click away:

That was the fourth best-selling song of 2014, here's the best-selling from the same year. So yeah, all seems fine!

yea it seriously has the opposite effect. It's such a simplistic, stupid song, and all those mindless idiots who seriously get happy from a song that says 'im happy'... ugh.
Then again i get happy of crazy depressing songs so there might be something wrong with me

Not really. Find almost any Taylor Swift video and it has over 1 Billion views. The secret is to find songs that are popular with kids, or younger people. They're the ones watching the videos. You won't find too many Yo-Yo Ma Youtube videos with over a billion views, and that dude is a musical genius.
Look at every musician on this top list. It's all kid pop music.

Everybody in the industry and most kids today KNOW that you can buy youtube views.
Just ask that asshole from Korea that purchased a majority of his views for publicity.
You can't tell me that one shitty song, "All About That Bass" Meghan Trainor -- got over a billions views??? A billion???

Youtube is always busting artists and their agents for view stuffing their online videos.
The vendors supplying the views are getting more sophisticated and harder to catch.
It's just a huge PR joke. Anybody with cash can make a shitty video and spend mega bucks to view vendors and pump their video into the billions of hits until the media picks up on it and declares the song an online viral hit. It's all BULLSHIT.
Like billions of people on this planet are watching Taylor Swift videos?? BILLIONS??? People forget how many a billion actually is. It's not fundamentally reasonable that 5-10% of the entire planet has watched a Taylor Swift video.

And that Psy guy, 2.5 billion??? How many people on the entire planet, about 7.5 billion, So even if people watched it twice, 1.25 billion people, that's about 16% of the ENTIRE FUCKING PLANET?? Please. What a total crock of shit.
Rhianna and Timberlake were already busted a few years back. Google it.Comment
