Make her work on a regular schedule , be sure that she have a good quality of video everything need to be clear and HD (for that she needs a good pc , good lights, good internet and a good HD webcam) , a good english is a plus write and talk , she must work at least 8 hours /day , she need to interact with the members ! Is not that simple but if she works harder she will improve her rankings on site and the money will flow !
