Believe it or not, crockett and I have even PM'ed each other on here to make sure that we weren't being too crazy and "personal" with attacking each other. SuckOnThis has a firm and passionate view of things. Can't blame a man for that.

I actually think Rubio is more dangerous than Cruz. Especially when he was the only candidate who said abortion should be illegal even for rape victims. Rubio is a true maniac...and probably the only candidate up there who I would use the "Hitler" analogy with.

yep - it's scary even Trump suddenly discovers his faith cause a certain demographics expects it and their votes are needed imagine a candidate would say "i'm an atheist" and what huge discussion this would start and at the same time we condemn other countries because they make religion part of their political doctrine and all that in 2016 sad

 | I was watching Bill Maher's show last weekend. And he was commenting to his guests how much he wishes a candidate for elected office would come out and just say: "I don't care about religion". He then pointed out that the last candidate for President who did that was President Thomas Jefferson. Because THAT is the real way our country was founded...on science and not superstition. |

 | Don't worry, they will install Jeb Bush in the end. Cruz is a Neocon posing as a 'constitutional Libertarian' to help Rubio (just look up Cruz DHS/NSA staff). Rubio will be easy to take down (as planned) based on his seedy and blatant homosexuality. That leaves Jeb to install. The whole establishment hates Trump. That is all you need to know to take this Republic back |

 | Does nobody on this forum know what a Libertarian is? No...Cruz is NOT posing as a Libertarian in any way at all. A Libertarian is the most socially liberal person you will ever meet. A Libertarian is pro-legalization of ALL drugs. A Libertarian is pro-choice. A Libertarian is against the government censoring people (and are the greatest friends the adult industry could ever have). A Libertarian is anti-war. Cruz doesn't even slightly resemble a Libertarian nor is he "posing" as one. Gary Johnson is the Libertarian candidate for President. Educate yourself and google him up and read what his positions are. I did in 2012...and changed my party from Democrat to Libertarian...it's all about personal freedom. |

THE point is, Cruz IS posing and is not who he claims to be. Instead of me looking up 'Libertarian' maybe you should look up 'Ted Cruz'

The complete OPPOSITE of a Libertarian. I don't know where you are coming up with even thinking that he is anywhere close to being a Libertarian. All I see (and hear when I listen to analysts) is that he is a "staunch conservative". I don't see him taking ANY Libertarian positions, unless you count him claiming he wants a less invasive smaller govt. (which he really doesn't because all Republicans want the govt. to tell you what you can and can't read, see, or do). Let me know when Cruz comes out for drug legalization, goes pro choice, decides to bring all of our troops home immediately, and publicly states that he is a friend of the adult industry and will abolish the obscenity laws that were/are used to prosecute so many people. I'm just not seeing where you would think he is posing as a Libertarian. Educate me on one of his policies that is Libertarian.

Ted Cruz, born-again libertarian Ted Cruz, born-again libertarian - POLITICO Ted Cruz tries to seize Rand Paul's libertarian mantle Ted Cruz tries to seize Rand Paul's libertarian mantle - CNNPolitics.com Is he a real Libertarian? I don't think so. He's a republican, a liar, a global warming denier, and a slut, and now I think he's trying to pretend his a libertarian or at least pander to Ran Paul voters, but not real.

 | Cruz is as conservative as conservative gets...you call him "off the charts" conservative. So I don't know where all this Libertarian bullshit comes from.

Rand Paul and his dad try to say they are in the "Libertarian Wing" of the Republican Party...but that's just made up bullshit. That would be like a liberal Republican trying to call himself part of the "Democrat Wing" of the Republican Party. lol There is NO "Libertarian Wing". There IS a Libertarian Party. And we Libertarians are EXTREMELY liberal. The only thing we have in common with Republicans is a stated idea that Govt. shouldn't be oppressive and should stick to what it was intended to do: Govern, not RULE over people. Of course we all know all too well that the Republicans and Democrats are exactly the same in their actions when it comes to growing govt. and spending money they don't have. And both parties use Govt. to control people. Libertarians come right out and tell you that they are for FREEDOM. Gary Johnson famously said in the campaign of 2012: "I'm pro-EVERYTHING" And that's the way I feel too. The govt. shouldn't be controlling people. The govt. shouldn't be invading other countries. The govt. shouldn't be spying on us. The govt. shouldn't be telling us what we can and can't read, view, or think. That's why I'll be voting for Johnson again this election as a Libertarian. Politico and various groups can make up names and call people "Libertarian Republicans" or whatever...but that is NOT Libertarianism.
