You do realize for many it is not their first day on the internet? There are lists over many common proxies and their IP ranges. Filter by those is always a good start! Then we can move on to other methods...

Nothing to do with adult cams.
Even if you made these with adult cam content, I don't really think google would list these in top searches and so would not generate traffic or signups.

You know EgiHosting only, but if you use google, you get to know Leaseweb, SingleHop, Server Pronto are, guess what, servers.
In fact, one way to figure it is vpn/proxy, is to check that these are NOT ISPs. Some people using internet at work are appearing from IP of company, but hardly will be a leaseweb or egihosting IP.

Except the fact the guy used all servers, he also had an impressive conversion ratio of 1:1, which is, every hit landed, made a signup. He used the same email provider for all accounts too, quite singular. I can continue...
