It's Alexa 9000, started with natural health and anti big pharma, then went political, is strongly pro Trump, there is a crackdown on everything pro Trump right now, so timing fits in that this is more censorship

The mobile version of their site has redirects, after they fix that they Will be re-indexed. This has been brought up to naturalnews but they are using the publicity for all its worth

Of course no conspiracy nut will want you to know that truth, look at their mobile version and see for youself

They might well have just pissed off one of Google's algorithms - 140K pages on a so called news site - How much of that was real content?....
