I IP block Pakistan and a number of other Stan countries from my site anyway. I've had e-mails from a couple paysites yelling at me for sending them Pakistan traffic that signed up with stolen cc's resulting in chargebacks. Don't want to deal with that crap anymore so I blocked all third world countries.

Anyway, in arabic countries like Iran they all use proxies to see porn, that's since many many years. At leat 20% of the USA traffic the ad networks sell you, is arabs in VPN's
You can discover it if you land them to a page where you let them make choices or enter data...

Pakistan authorities and Telecom department are all idots! Porn sites already block in Pakistan from 2012. People are using Proxy to watch porn... Last month YouTube ban was lifted after 3 years and when reporter ask few users they said YouTube was never ban for us... Even my 5 year old kid know how to open YouTube but Telecom minister of Pakistan dont....

What an Asshole minister..... Anyways better site remain blocked for Pakistani user.... Those who want can use proxy.... No one in this world can block proxy and VPN's.... If middle eastern countires are unable to block proxies then how come Pakistan 😂
