Seems he had told the neighbour that dogs were getting in his barn and attacking his animals. If true, he could walk. I just don't get how people don't have control over their animals. How hard is it to keep them in your own yard?

When I lived in Lexington Ky my neighbors had a 1,200 acre equine rehab and training center. Their oldest son would be depressed for days after being forced to shoot dogs chasing horses thru paddocks.
The problem isn't farmers it's people letting their animals trespass and fuck with livestock.Comment
