    Syrians and racism

    Does anyone else think the only reason the west is trying so hard to accept these folks is because they look white? Germany can take in a whole bunch of Syrians and then when everyone is yelling about North Africans again in a few years, they can say we already did our share.
    I get the whole human aid side of this but it seems super welcoming when normally everyone is a lot less so.

                                  The real reason is the low native birth rates of most developed countries. Whether you're talking about Germany or So Korea or Sweden or Italy or Singapore or ESPECIALLY JAPAN, birth rates are diving.

                                  Unlike Japan, most Western European countries view IMMIGRATION as the solution.

                                  Of course, such a solution leads to friction.

                                  The better question to ask is: Do countries need to maintain their current size? What about 'natural carrying capacity'?

                                          Only the Alawites look shomehow white (see Assad himself) but they are a small part of the population and most of them stayed in Syria.
                                          One of my favorite media propaganda in this Syrian War is the myth that all the Sunnis wanted to overthrow Assad because he is Alawite. What they neglected to mention was that over 75% of Syrian regular forces of the SAA are Sunni.

                                                                                                                                  By second comment - I have a problem with those nationalities that are danger to civilized people. Simple examples:
                                                                                                                                  Take a number of muslims in France and take a number of muslims in French prisons. You will see that a muslim is many times more likely to be a criminal than local.
                                                                                                                                  Take a number of "tanned" people in Norway or Sweden and take rape statistics. You will see that tanned invader is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more likely to be a rapist than local.
                                                                                                                                  So my problem with them is as simple as that - they are danger to civilized society, they make locals life more miserable (simple example - they canceled some German city's fair due to invaders being a danger to local people).

                                                                                                                                  If you do not have a problem with that - you are a disgraceful traitor.

                                                                                                                                                      and the Arab/ Muslim guys from Africa? middle east ? very often they operate some kebab shops :-), some of them operate internet cafes (but not as many as Pakistanis), some other butchery shops etc. anyway, the only guys that tried to play football near their friend's shop and the street with a lot of cars passing by were of course Arabs and North Africans....

                                                                                                                                                      Oh, and did I mention a lot of black people and some Arabs that also work hard in the agriculture ? picking up fruits, vegetables and so on....

                                                                                                                                                      The highest in that "migrant" hierarchy among "color" people are Chinese and said Pakistanis.
                                                                                                                                                      Chinese guys always operate their own business, shops that are open 7 days a week with everything that you may need (they even sell you cigarettes under the desk ), and some other chinese guys - operate restaurants (which are called by some - money laundering spots).
                                                                                                                                                      Pakistanis also always operate their own business and basically they have monopoly in vegetable/ fruit shops and internet cafes.
                                                                                                                                                      so basically, from what I see - I see no trouble makers here.
                                                                                                                                                      some Moroccans and North Africans are engaged in drug trafficking biz, but basically they dont stand out from Colombians, Spaniards or other nations that also sometimes are engaged in some illegal businesses. and who dont like drugs anyway ? so they also offer some kind of services, you may treat it that way....:-P

Many say they prefer the hell in Syria rather than camps in Turkey. Same with Jordan and Lebanon. Actually, its also a reason why many NOT flee from Syria.

                                                                                                                                                                              anyway, I saw a lot of stuff about whats going on in Syria and Middle East...VICEnews has good documentary about living in Raqqa under ISIS... there is also blog of some dutch/ belgian scientist who posts a lot of stuff from jihadists (as this is his field of studies)..worth to see to understand these people better and their agenda (religious fascism)...
                                                                                                                                                                              btw. judging by the quality of propaganda videos made by ISIS and their fellowmen - these guys have a lot of resources and some smart minds among them...which makes you think who is really behind them (besides obvious Saudi Arabia and Qatar)
