For everyday consumption, I'd say it's diabetes waiting to happen. Whenever I'm sick with the flu, cold or anything I buy Coke in a can. Some reason that makes me feel better and maybe it's the caramel or something in the ingredients that do it. I've used Coke to clean the battery terminals of my cars for years. So. I used to drink about 6 cans daily.
I cut it down to a few per week and lost 20 lbs over the course of a year without doing anything else different.

Nope, they won't work with whiskey, rum, tequila etc, because of their specific smell and insufficient purity. Try to spray whiskey to your white shoes. They will become yellow and will smell like whiskey. Do the same with vodka and voila: no smell no marks.
