They making better vodka or what? Personally I don't know a single person who prefer Polish vodka over Russian ones. Not here, not over the sea.
Nope, they won't work with whiskey, rum, tequila etc, because of their specific smell and insufficient purity. Try to spray whiskey to your white shoes. They will become yellow and will smell like whiskey. Do the same with vodka and voila: no smell no marks.
