Keep a copy of that webmaster messages blackmailing you and send screenshots to their host together with a legal copyright letter. The site is Russian but their webhost is not, they are hosted with Cloudns.net (contact form available on their site to report abuse), it looks like it is a German host.

If that doesn't work, then threaten the webmaster with taking down all of his revenue, tell himm you will contact Brazzers, LiveJasmin and all of the other companies advertising at their site and you will let them know that webbabe is a piracy site that infringing DMCA law and they are blackmailing you, keep screenshots of communications, don't just make a threat, follow it up if the guy doesn't give in, the guy needs to know who he is messing with.

If things still don't change, report the guy to the FBI or your local police, seriously, DMCA is not a crime in Russia, but blackmail is, let the webmaster know that you keep his emails trying to extort money from you and that you will pass this on to the FBI (or your local police) so that they can contact Russian authorities.
