Sarah Palin was not a liability to John McCain's candidacy because she actually stood for what the conservatives wanted.
One of the big problems facing McCain was the fact that he was too liberal. Most conservative Republican's were totally frustrated with him as the candidate and considered boycotting the election because of his liberal and wishy-washy ways. However, Sarah Palin was a breath of fresh air. She actually had a backbone. She did not pull any punches and stood strongly for what the conservatives and many of the Republicans and independents wanted. McCain was his own worst enemy. McCain did not fight to win. He backed down and apologized continuously. It was a very frustrating election because we had our choice of incompetent (he was elected) and indecisive (he lost.)Comment

I would imagine Palin's endorsement could only help him. While I dislike her, she does have a way of speaking that gets her base all excited.
What they are doing now is pure marketing. She called him the "commander in chief" multiple times, as if he has some practical experience or served in the military. "Our military loves me". He has never served in the military, never done anything for the military, and didn't care about Vets until the day he stared running.
She also said multiple times that he was a great businessman. Trump is very much like Romney was; He borrowed money from other people, built stuff or bought stuff, and then ran it into the ground. The casino business is booming, yet Trump's casino went into bankruptcy. It was the same thing with the hotel - He bought the Plaza Hotel in NYC for $400 million, ran it at a huge loss for the entire time he owned it, and then sold it for $325 million deal. He lost hundreds of millions of dollars in this deal, putting him bankruptcy again. Of course there is Trump Shuttle too.Herschel Savage

Whenever I try to have a reasonable debate, I am getting yelled at by a mob of 20-30 angry idiots - and the tone of your post indicates that you are not interested in a reasonable debate either. Besides obviously being a fake nick of somebody.
Also the threads on here are usually full of misinformation and tendentious right from the start and why would I waste my time arguing with people that are not willing to stay civil and are not significant to my business anyways?
Just for the record - since that has been my position from the beginning which can also be looked up on here:
- stop bombing peoples homes and they don't have to flee
- give money to the countries surrounding Syria so they can take of the refugees: UNHCR - Funding shortage leaves Syrian refugees in danger of missing vital support (read this carefully and you understand why people come to Europe)
- send people back to don't flee from war (by now there are almost no asylum seekers from Balkan anymore cause they realized they have no chance anyways)
- do the same with Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians (which btw are the biggest problem, not Syrian war refugees)
- and whenever somebody breaks the law of the countries that give him shelter: send them back as well
But on a couple things I will never change my mind - no matter how much you, the other idiots or people like Trump scream:
- when somebody legitimately flees from a war, they should be given shelter (what's the alternative? Shooting them?)
- not every person of muslim belief is automatically a terrorist, I know plenty cool people that are muslims and are not any different than you and me (ok, maybe just me)
And last but not least: Since I started concentrating more on my biz and engage less with the idiots on here, my revenue has gone up about 25% - win/win

Trump is loved by lots of people for sure, but hated by many more. Even people in his own party hate him.
All Trump ever says, and as Palin echoed yesterday, are nothing more than emotional sound bites. They are words and phrases that stir people up but are empty and error-filled.
Regardless of whether Clinton or Sanders wins the democratic election, they will easily wipe the floor with Trump, and the next president of the US will be a democrat (Yay!).
If Cruz wins the republican nomiation though, the race to the whitehouse will be much closer. Like Trump, Cruz is hated by many in his own party, and I hate him too, but I think deep down he's smart, and any debates between him and Sanders or him and Clinton will be nail-biting.Comment
