First off, it's not up to "white people" in the Academy that vote on the different acting categories, it's Jewish people. Why blacks thinks whites run Hollywood is a huge misnomer, but even high ranking black actors won't dare blame the Jewish Hollywood community in fear of damaging their own careers, so they blanket blame "white people."
The Academy isn't a government agency, there is no equal opportunity and no affirmative action.
The Academy (mainly Jewish members) votes on performances (mainly Jewish actors and producers) to help promote their own products.
Black people bitching about not enough representation is similar to white people bitching that there isn't enough white television shows on B.E.T.
Jewish controlled Hollywood and the Academy does not have to represent the population of the United States. There are no rules other than to protect their own interests, as any large corporation would.
Black people must rise above wanting to compete with the Jewish Hollywood community and if need be, create their own Black Academy Awards, similarly as to why the B.E.T. was created to begin with, or take a lesson from all the Latinos and Asians not represented in the Academy Awards, who don't give a rat's ass.
Must black people have a piece of everything this world has to offer? In theory, yes, we all should, but in reality, nobody does and nobody ever will. So please, get over it already and let the Jews have their award ceremony in peace.
