      Look at HYIPs. The one HYIP go bust, the next day new appear with exactly same template. Same people that got robbed will deposit 5$ to new HYIP, getting back 10$ and they start spamming forums how this new HYIP is legit and pay.

      Main aspect of intelligence is learning from experience. Huge part of population can't do that.

                                                      There never was another 272 million. They pick that number based on 20 years of interest and if you take it out over 20 years they make millions off of the interest as they are able to pay out 700 million.
                                                      That is why when you take a lump sum it is 428 cause that is about what they have in the pot give or take.
