Why does the clock on my computer go back an hour when I restart. I have to change it everytime I startup.

Probobly an easy fix...

Anyone know?

still could be Cmos battery> Just fix a cordless mouse and keyboard, person had put new batteries in but they were
bad. I Checked them with a meter and they were low. So new doesn't mean they are good.
