WHEREFORE
, Petitioners and other members of the proposed class pray that this Court grant the following relief:
(1) Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus requiring Respondents to release Petitioners and other members of the proposed class forthwith;
(2) Issue an injunction ordering Respondents not to detain any individual solely on the basis of the EO;
(3) Enter a judgment declaring that Respondents’ detention of Petitioners and other members of the proposed class is and will be unauthorized by statute and contrary to law;
(4) Award Petitioners and other members of the proposed class reasonable costs and attorney’s fees; and
(5) Grant any other and further relief that this Court may deem fit and proper.

The US Government is not honoring visas issued PRIOR to this Executive Order.
No ex post facto Laws
Executive orders have the full force of law when they take authority from a legislative power which grants its power directly to the Executive by the Constitution, or are made pursuant to Acts of Congress that explicitly delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation).
The Federal Court will rule on this and it may be appealed.
They may let it stand on all visa applications made AFTER the EO's date issued.Comment

I read in another news report they were both translators helping our military in Iraq.

It really saddens me that people outside the US know way more than its own citizens - you would think that all Americans would know that the Constitution applies to everyone entering the US - not just legal citizens. Yes it even applies to illegal immigrants.
For immigration there are some exceptions - but the laws covering that can only be made by the Congress...The president has no way of enforcing any laws he makes up on the spot...Separation of Power is the cornerstone of our republicComment
