Don't fall for the stereotype that neanderthals were low IQ. They were actually highly intelligent. It is (probably, IMO) the neanderthal portion of white's DNA that gives us a higher cranial volume than Africans. It may also explain differences in violent tendencies. Africans have a high occurrence of the "warrior gene" while whites have a very low occurrence. Did the neanderthal DNA turn that gene off in whites typically? Neanderthal was not athletic and thus had limited physical fighting means. So it is possible.

This type of thing explains a lot about society around the world. Unfortunately, it is career suicide for professionals to openly discuss it because of PC culture. This stuff will get discussed only when gene therapy is a reality. If there is a fix for it, then they will be able to talk about it.
