Most people are waiting for Bitcoin 2, the version of bitcoin where some fat french asshat living in Japan, or someone like him, doesn't steal all your shit every 6 months.
Bitcoin (powered by Bitpay) is incorporated in our order pages and we only charge 1% for BTC transactions.
How a Bitcoin transaction works:
End-user subscribes to your site with Verotel with Bitcoin --> We send the transaction to BitPay, who will guarantee the transaction at the time of sale in USD --> BitPay sends us the USD equivalent for the transaction and we pay you out in USD or whatever currency you have specified in the Control Center. This way you are at no risk due to the current volatility of the Bitcoin market.
I think your volume will depend on how you market it. Do you mention it on the site and in your email marketing or do you just have it on your order pages? If it's only on the order pages, you are probably going to see a limited number of transactions.
Busy with other things and hardly ever get any bitcoin sales but after years of vaguely understanding it and being on the fence about using it and questioning it's stability, I'd say there's a very good chance bitcoin will continue to rise in popularity and will eventually be as relevant as paypal.
I can see that BTC is taking longer to become widely adopted than most here have patience for.
Bitcoin is rising smooth and steady and there is no denying it and since there is a limited supply it will continue to gain value indefinitely as more adoption occurs.
How much will each Bitcoin be worth? Who knows!!!!
I know that it would have been great to own Microsoft stock from day one and had the foresight to hold on to it. I'm quite certain that many people sold theirs way too soon. Same thing!!!! or Not!!!
One less god!!!
I contend that we are both an atheist. I just belive in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours.

Noone can steal your Bitcoin!!!!!!
If you are stupid enough to put you your Bitcoin in somebody else's wallet to allow them to manage your coins for you etc........ They weren't stolen, you gave them away.
If you keep your coins in your own wallet and not on an exchange (and backed up) you will not lose them.

Yeah; we know that. Total market cap $6.5B. It won't be widely adopted until it is safer and easier.
Let's make a GFY panel to take the currency mainstream. Make it easy to buy, easy to use, easy and safe to track, transparent to store, easy to sell. Anyone? Anyone?

"Most digital currencies are unlikely to survive in their current form, and investors should prepare for coins to lose all their value as they?re replaced by a small set of future competitors, Goldman?s Steve Strongin said in a report dated Feb. 5. While he didn?t posit a timeframe for losses in existing coins, he said recent price swings indicated a bubble and that the tendency for different tokens to move in lockstep wasn?t rational for a ?few-winners-take-most? market."
