        They aren't trying to create fear, yet they take over property with use of force and are planing to use force aginst the govt rather than legal means via the courts.. (Oh yea they can't go to court because they have no legal rights to the land) meaning yes they are using the threat of force and fear as an attempt to get what they want..

        If this were a bunch of Muslims trying to take over BLM land to pray on, you would call them terrorists.. If it were Muslims with guns telling the fed govt to stay out of their mosque you would call them terrorists..
