...for awhile today and passed by the Buffalo ranch. For the first time in a couple of years they had some of the Buffalo...the ones that had babies...on the front pasture. Like most animals baby Buffalo are cuties.

I’ve seen emus and while weird looking, they were cute, too. The farm is about a mile or less from here.

A farm with horses is down the street and every so often, at night, you’ll hear whinnying and I wonder if it’s sick or horny.

Around the corner is a pig farm and they are out playing a lot but pretty quiet.

There are more exotic animals in farms close by but I’ve not visited. I can’t get out and walk around so don’t want to see and not play.

Didn’t I read recently that there were less than thirty buffalo left in the USA?

Entirely possible since buffalo are not indigenous to the US. Probably some at zoo's and such. However, we have a lot more bison.

I remember hearing that Ted Turner owns the largest herd which are raised and butchered for his restaurants.
